Drawing insights from top leadership studies and trends, this program tackles the challenges of modern work environments, from fostering trust and camaraderie to navigating complexity and ambiguity. 

As a continuation of the Kennebec Leadership Institute, this program deepens earlier learning through engaging, discussion-driven sessions. All students will complete a Leadership Action Plan designed to translate learning into real-world impact in their workplace.
