As a Direct Support Staff with ESM, Inc. you will be working closely with individuals who may have a mental illness or intellectual disabilities, who need assistance in many or all aspects of their life. It may include but not limited to community skills, bringing to appointments, home maintenance, personal care, organizational skills, banking, shopping, recreational exploration, behavioral health management, and motivation, among other things.
