
Meeting Room Rentals
Chamber members have complimentary access to a variety of on-site offices and conference rooms — perfect for meetings, remote work, or collaborative sessions.
Spaces are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. All spaces are located at 105 Second St, Suite 1B in Hallowell.
Reservations are required and can be made by selecting a room below and completing the reservation form or by contacting the Chamber directly. Please note that submitting a reservation request does not guarantee your booking — our team will follow up to confirm availability and provide additional details.
Reservations may be made up to one month in advance and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee recurring or consecutive reservations.

All rooms come with the ability to order food and have food/water in them and we have bottled water upon request. All rooms have internet access and access to restrooms.
