Meeting Room Rentals
Chamber members have complimentary access to a variety of on-site offices and conference rooms — perfect for meetings, remote work, or collaborative sessions.
Spaces are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. All spaces are located at 105 Second St, Suite 1B in Hallowell.
Reservations are required and can be made by selecting a room below and completing the reservation form or by contacting the Chamber directly. Please note that submitting a reservation request does not guarantee your booking — our team will follow up to confirm availability and provide additional details.
Reservations may be made up to one month in advance and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee recurring or consecutive reservations.

Food and beverages are allowed in the rooms, and members are welcome to order food to be delivered during their reservation. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. The large conference room includes a coffee machine and refrigerator stocked with soda and water. Bottled water is also available upon request for any room rental.
Internet and restroom access are available with each rental.
