Title III Grant Specialist provides administrative support for activities conducted under the Title III grant. The Grant Specialist provides administrative support for professional development activities, data analytics, and student support programming under the project. The Grant Specialist will execute all activities in keeping with relevant federal and campus regulations. Additional responsibilities related to these duties may be assigned by the Title III Director in collaboration with the Controller. The Grant Specialist will promote the College’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) statement where applicable.

This is a 12-month, full-time position. Salary is contingent on grant funding with position currently funded through September 30, 2023.

The successful candidate will have experience with basic office and accounting procedures and process management; computer proficiency with Microsoft office applications; and strong organizational skills.  A working knowledge of Financial Edge is preferred. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond effectively to dynamic situations involving students, faculty, and staff. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a concentration in accounting or finance preferred. Some evening and weekends required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in non-profit accounting, various accounting software packages, and are proficient in use of integrated financial systems, preferably with Blackbaud’s Financial Edge.
