Christa Johnson is the Director of Development for Snow Pond Center for the Arts, the home of New England Music Camp for the last eighty years. With recent expansions, Snow Pond Center for the Arts is now a year-round community and performance center for residents and visitors.

Christa began her career in the arts over 25 years ago in the auction business, where she spent ten years of her career as the Vice President of Marketing for Sotheby’s Chicago.

Christa’s devotion to arts has never waivered. She is now a driving force behind the events and culture of Snow Pond and played a major role in the launch of Snow Pond Arts Academy, Maine’s first and only performing arts high school.

Christa’s family, which includes her husband and two daughters, moved to Windsor just three years ago. She is a member of the Kennebec Valley and Mid-Maine Chambers and currently sits on the Board of the Reed Trust Fund, and was recently nominated to the Board of the Viles Arboretum.

The Chamber's Women's Network meets monthly to strengthen business relationships, hear topical topical speakers and develop leadership. Women's Network, It's all about business and building relationships! This event is usually held on the second Wednesday monthly, excluding July and August. Early Networking begins at 11:30 a.m., buffet lunch at noon, speaker 12:30 and adjourn 1:00 p.m.
