Linda began her career as an entry-level customer service representative at CMP’s sister company, New York State Electric and Gas, and advanced through roles in Customer Service and Smart Grid Operations. Since relocating to Maine in 2012, she has become a key leader at CMP, particularly during major storm response efforts.

As Vice President, Linda has played a critical role in expanding customer service teams and leading emergency response initiatives. She was part of the team recognized with an Edison Electric Institute Emergency Response Award for CMP’s restoration efforts following the April 4, 2024 nor’easter. Under her leadership, CMP has also exceeded Maine Public Utilities Commission customer service performance metrics.
