Meet your Speaker

Karen Shorey is President of IMPACT Leadership Group and an ICF-accredited Certified Professional Coach with more than 25 years of leadership experience. She brings energy and expertise to her work facilitating programs, speaking, coaching, and leading assessment debriefs.

Karen has been with Leadership Management International since 2011 and became a managing partner in 2017. In 2021, she returned to her home state of Maine, where she now lives in Bangor with her husband, Darin. She is an active Rotarian, serves on a Chamber board, and volunteers with several nonprofit organizations.
