Amy Tardiff is Vice President and General Counsel at J.S. McCarthy Packaging & Print. With a background in corporate finance law, human resources, and business leadership, she brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by her ongoing involvement in Maine’s business and nonprofit communities.

Danielle Abbott is a leadership speaker, trainer, and coach with more than 20 years of experience across the healthcare and financial industries. She specializes in helping organizations strengthen communication, build trust, and create high-performing cultures that support a multigenerational workforce.
